Developing an environment that provides participants an opportunity to benefit from the collective wisdom of the group. The participants find this venue gives them more time to reflect and integrate their thoughts. I strive motive the participants to leverage the thoughts, time, and resources of the other group members to achieve both individual and group objectives.
